Also contained in this new document release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in red pen markings and contains a key labelling various areas of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including plans for boat shelters.
